The Paleo Diet
Often referred to as the caveman’s diet as it’s based on foods presumed to have been eaten by the early humans. It consists of meat, fish and fresh vegetables and some fruits, mainly berries. It excludes dairy, cereals, processed foods and refined sugars. It is usually made up of 80% plant based foods with 20% being fresh unprocessed meat and fish.

Steak and salad with lemon juice.
Fresh fish grilled or baked with plenty of fresh salad or vegetables.
Pork or beef, venison or game birds.
Chicken or guinea fowl.
Roasted squash with seeds and nuts.
Leafy greens with walnuts and lemon
Fresh salads with toasted almonds
Steamed broccoli
Onions
Avocados
Cobb nuts etc
Root vegetables
Herbs
Pumpkin
Carrots with herbs
Raw Beetroot noodles
Oranges
Satsumas
Strawberries
Blueberries
Raspberries etc…
